Epoxy Overlays and Coatings
Epoxy coatings, also known as polymer modified cementitious overlays, have been used on concrete flooring for over 35 years. They have proven time and time again to help a floor last much longer than it would’ve on its own. Coatings are typically .2 to 250 mils whereas overlays are normally ¼ inch in thickness.
Polished Concrete
Multi-step process where a concrete floor is mechanically ground, honed and polished with bonded abrasives in order to cut a concrete floor’s surface. It is then refined with each cut in order to achieve a specified level of appearance. Dyes designed for concrete polishing are often applied to add color to polished concrete as well as other options such as scoring, creating radial lines, grids, bands, borders, and other designs.
Floor Demo
We will remove any existing floor covering using a variety of tools and machines ranging from ride on floor scrapers, scarifiers, planetary grinders equipped with PCD diamond heads and demo hammers.
Concrete Prep
Using our Blastrac shot blasting or Sase diamond grinding systems we prep any and all concrete surfaces for proper adhesion for any of our resinous flooring systems. This step ensures a proper bond for any products we apply.
